How does KittyScan analyze my cat?

You take or pick a photo of your cat. The image is sent over a secure HTTPS connection to our backend, which forwards it to an AI vision model for a one-time analysis. The result (health score, eye/fur/posture/energy notes, care tips) is returned within seconds and saved only on your device.

Are my cat photos saved on your servers?

No. Photos are processed during the API call and are not stored on our backend. All cat profiles, reports, and diary entries live locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData.

How many free analyses do I get?

Three lifetime free analyses to try the full flow. After that, you can buy a 10-pack ($2.99) or 30-pack ($6.99), both never expire, or subscribe to Pro Monthly ($6.99/month) for 50 analyses + 30 chat messages per month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app โ†’ tap your name โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ KittyScan โ†’ Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Open KittyScan โ†’ Settings tab โ†’ Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. In the Settings tab, tap "Delete All Data" to remove every cat profile, report, and diary entry from your device. There is nothing on our servers to delete.

Is KittyScan a substitute for a vet?

No. KittyScan is informational. If your cat seems unwell, please consult a licensed veterinarian.

Which languages are supported?

30 languages, switchable any time in Settings. The AI replies in your selected language.
